Bathroom Plants

Is there anything more luxurious than a bathroom that feels like the tropics?  There are so many reasons why plants are a great addition to your bathroom!  We’ve picked a few of our favorites and hope by the end you will be running out to get greenery for your bathroom too!

• Color Pop •  

Unless you’ve opted for bright turquoise tile or hot pink walls, you might feel like your bathroom needs a pop of color!  Green is always classic, especially when paired with black and white palettes and warm woods.

This simple white bathroom feels cozier and happier with the addition of plants but also stays true to it’s minimalist style.

• Fresh Air •

Sometimes we just need, ahem, fresher air in our bathrooms!  If you have a green thumb and can manage to keep plants alive, your bathroom is a great room to grow tropical plants.  They love the steam and warm temperatures!  For those of us who continually try but end up with a plant hospice, succulents and aloe are a great alternative!  Did you know you can actually over-water them?  Just a cup of water every few weeks is all the maintenance they require!

If you’re short counter space, hanging your plants from the ceiling or draping off a shelf  can add a beautiful greenhouse effect!
